Roma Times is one in a series of businesses founded by Albert Marcu. Since his first store opened in the heart of Danville, CA in 1979, Mr. Marcu has operated businesses in San Francisco's Gift Center and currently runs Estates Consignments in Pleasant Hill, CA. With a degree in architecture and vision for design, he has created his own custom jewelry which Bay Area customers have flocked to and enjoyed for years.
