Disclaimer

We accept returns when the item is not as described in the sale or damaged during shipping. You will be able to choose between a credit, or refund of the purchase price when returning an item. We ask that if you would like to return an item, to please follow these easy steps:

- Contact Roma Times within three (3) business days of receiving the item and inform us that you would like to return the merchandise.

- Ship the item within the three (3) business days, providing Roma Times with a tracking number for the insured carrier you have chosen to send the merchandise back.

- Upon receipt, the merchandise will be inspected. Roma Times will verify the condition and any other factors that may come into play with regard to the return.

- Including damage incurred during original shipment. A credit or return will be issued accordingly.
*Note: Refunds and/or credits will only be issued if Roma Times has been notified prior to buyer returning the item AND the merchandise is returned within the specified three (3) business day time frame.

Shipping

Continental U.S. Residents:

We ship USPS Express Mail to all Continental U.S. Customers unless otherwise specified by the buyer. Shipping costs are calculated according to USPS Express Mail and include insurance to purchase price, signature confirmation and a $5.00 handling fee. For purchases needed sooner, we ship UPS 2nd Day Air OR UPS Next Day Air. Any other method of shipping must be pre-approved by Estates Consignments.

U.S. Post Office Box Addresses and Alaska/Hawaii Residents:

We ship USPS Priority Mail. Shipping costs are calculated according to USPS Priority Mail package from zip code 94523, with insurance to the purchase price and a $5.00 handling fee. For purchases needed sooner, please contact Estates Consignments. Please ask for a shipping quote as costs listed in the sale are calculated for Continental U.S. Residents ONLY.

International Customers:

We ship US Postal Service Global Express Mail (EMS). Shipping costs are calculated according to USPS EMS service and includes insurance on the package to the purchase price and a $5.00 handling fee. International buyers are responsible for all customs fees, duty fees and taxes added after shipment. Please ask for a shipping quote as costs listed in the sale are calculated for Continental U.S. Residents ONLY.

ALL ITEMS will be shipped within three business days of receiving payment. If an item is out of stock at the time of purchase, customer will be alerted as to when the item will be available for shipment. All items are packaged with care and Estates Consignments ensures that your purchase will be properly packed and shipped to ensure a safe and damage-free delivery. In addition, all methods of shipping are chosen for expedited delivery times, safety and insurance purposes. Estates Consignments will not be held liable for lost or damaged shipments, but will help file an insurance claim with the shipping company in the event that a package is lost, stolen or damaged while in transit. Shipping costs are non-negotiable and are calculated to be as accurate as possible considering the size, weight and value of an item and its packaging. We use shipping and handling fees to cover shipping, handling, insurance, signature confirmation fees, packaging materials, etc. Please do not ask for a discount.

We cannot guarantee transit times once a package is shipped. Due to weekends, Holidays and weather conditions we can only estimate transit times. We will provide a tracking number in the body of an email for your convenience in tra
cking the package once it is sent out.

Returns

There are NO Returns for Items purchased at our store location.
